IT is bad here in Australia, and after leaving a very secure team leaders position last year in England to move here, I'm still not working in IT. Sydney is a difficult place to live...

2 years must be completed at some point, with an inclusive continual 12 month period.....so you could do 3 months, 12 months, 7 months, 2 months if you catch my drift.
After that you NEED to apply...
