I guess you just have to keep on hounding them, i got through fairly quick the last two times too.

im wondering if we start some kind of petition it might help? It may not get passports straight away but perhaps come up with a suitable time frame. As it stands Jersey has a 6 week wait right now......

yes and they also compensated many pple and got in more staff to deal with that situation. If nobody knows about it or investigates this really is going to take a long time to clear up. Next you will...

Seriously i think were all in the same boat, waiting for our passports, this is just a nice way of being able to see if other pple are having any luck with chasing applications as you can not track...

yep, i was told that too and then i also checked their web page again and another notice as of june 17th said expect 10 weeks after payment, so thats four weeks for them to open the application and...

Thank you for sharing that. Very interesting! That report suggests they met 99.9% of travel dates, back then!! I wonder how Washington is doing!!

ok so i got a conformation that the letter was delivered to Washington DC 10:30am! Now lets hope it doest take 4 weeks for them to open it! Will be calling careline on Tuesday. Then it is 5 business...

They told me to call back next monday and they will check to see what is happening... i sent a letter with my actual e-ticket and the wedding card.

Hi all!!

So the lady who was meant to call back from washington hasnt still called me back! i know that my credit card got charged on the 9th of May... and thats it, i spoke to careline last...

hi, i first called on the 30th may and they said someone will call back in 72hours... i called again yesterday after no call and they put in a second request and i got a call back this morning...
