Atif - Just a friend advise that you confirm this information before you run into any problems to lose your application fee and have to re-file.

I see. Usually skill assessment is only valid for 1 year and IETLS is valid for 2 years, therefore I asked.

I filed under software engineer on 21st Jan 2011 and received my approved SS on 13th May 2011.

Sorry to hear the news. Hey at least your ACS is approved which is the most important factor. You'll get to AU later if not sooner. Good luck with the rest of your process. :)

I also applied in January 2011 and no reply as of yet. When did you exactly apply for SS in January (date)?
