Re-read this, my partner has been PR for 3 years but came as part of family sponsorship, she was not sponsored as a spouse or partner, thefore there should be no problem?

Vent away if it makes you feel better, but quite honestly everyone needs to just stay patient. We all have no concept of the workload CIC has. A friend of mine tried to get sponsored to go to the US...

I'm living in Canada but applied outland. Do I have to cross the border and come back in or do I just send my passport off, get the paperwork in the mail and that's it?

I've used it, and it is very useful, but I don't see an indication of time from passport request to the end of the process...

I'm getting pretty concerned about my visa :( My application was received in September along with my medical results. I hadn't heard anything since then so I fired an email to them and I received...

My ECAS says application was received in September and medical results have been received but nothing has changed in a long time... :(

My application was forwarded to London some time ago, and I was able to use ECAS but now when I check it just has my address and no mention of application status, has anyone else had this issue?

And as we're living together, do the sponsor and immigration forms go in seperate envelopes or just send it all together?
