There is only one bank in Holland that does not charge FX commission, and does not play with the rate (Argenta). If you open an Argenta account, you can use the debit card to draw out sterling cash...

Confirmed.. for future reference, TNT was in fact open on the Friday of Queen's Day weekend, and closed on Saturday (even if normally open on Sat).
