I filed late my federal taxes returns (last week) by DHL, the interview will be on May, Can my husband deliver the copies with the shipping bill by DHL like prove of delivery to IRS?

If I had in my foreing account a balance of over $10k only for 5 months in all the tax year, do I have to file FBAR?

In the other hand, I would like to receive sample completed...
