Thank you everyone, it looks as though it may be quite difficult to find a builder who will work to energy efficient standards. It amazes me that people here don't mind living in such cold drafty...

I must have been lucky, I took mine to Peter jones Wollongong, they were really good, nice girl who seemed to know her stuff, attentive, put up with my fussy kids, proper fitting machine thingy etc....
