I didn't go with BUNAC because I can't afford an extra couple of hundred on top of everything else. It looks to me that they're more beneficial if you're going on the group flight...I'm guessing you...

It'll depend whether your mobile is "Locked" to your Canadian network, or whether it's "unlocked" and will allow you to recieve service from any provider.

Maybe get a cheap phone in the UK to use...

I've gone with the staple. I tried paperclipping and it fell out, and sods law is that they'll get lost. DId you staple any parts of your application together or leave it all loose, but in order?

Quick Q guys, my passport photos are all separate. Do you think I'll be able to paperclip them onto my sheet? Or do I need to staple them? I don't have a border or anything, that's my worry.
