No idea! where are you? We were living in the UK at the time which is why it went to London. Our application went in in March 2005 whether there has been a change of address for the applications...

NZ House is in London just off the side of Trafalgar Square. Thats where our application was processed.

In my experience, I would say if in doubt send everything you possibly can. You can never give too much information. I have heard that too little can result in many questions and delays.

If you are in the long term skilled shortage list and are uncertain of your points, why dont you try a different route and go for a Work to Residence Visa? We found it to be a more fast tracked...
