What a load of rubbish. DVLA do not send out refunds you have to apply! perhaps you would be so kind as to put a copy of the paperwork and cheque that was with the refund to back up your statement!

thank's for the contacts I will give one of them a try as soon as my toothache returns. The strange thing is that as soon as I find a dentist and make an appointment the pain go's away!
