Re: Proof of Landing - what does it look like?!

You are issued a proof of landing certificate when you land as apermanent resident.You need this for your health card, sin card driving license etc.

They send med requests by normal mail letter.
There is forms to take to the doctors and a payment
request for permanent residence.
You need 3 passport size photos and passports when you go for...

We applied sept 25th 2011 and actual process started may 1st.6 months
after we got our PER.Dont know how long the Meds request will take but will
let you know hopefully this year!...

My 1st application was refused because of lack of proof that i attended college and they wanted a letter from the firm a seved my apprenticeship with 25 years ago.
