As per my experience, NZQA (normal processing) replied me in approx 40 days

but with some inquiry. I guess now time is expanding due to they raised inquiry

Thanks robbyarg, it means i have to in advance request them (police) to change my pic otherwise looks like a delay factor will add if immigration dept asked me to do so ? make sense ? or let them go...

I was asked from one registered consultant (IAA) and he further asked from relevant authority and confirmed me they won't accept pre-qualification work.
