Thanks ever so much for the info everone, very helpful, id not realized the police certificate was only valid for 12 months, good point and thanks for that.

My girlfriend and i are waiting for a few things to happen before making the next step and going either the K1 route or the CR-1 route.

Im in the UK, she's in the USA and i just wanted to ask a...

Im UK citizen thats fortunate to have made anough money over the last 10 years to be able to purchase an established business in the USA, id like to be able to move out there and work the business....
