OK I'm an Englishman currently living in the USA - 1 year down on a 3 year 'Inter company transfer' L1 - Visa.

My Visa has my companies name on it - as they are my sponsor..

OK - I think I get the message..!

Another option.. she makes the training on entry to US as a business visitor prior to her staying as a B2 visitor...?

So in effect - she doesn't start her B2...
