We got the welcome letter 4 weeks ago, and no card yet! I called the number in the letter and got an automated system which says it takes 30 to 60 days to process this type of thing... doesn't say...

Can I make a suggestion? Have you intended come visit and make this decision when he is here... .then you are not planning the wedding beforehand...and he would not be telling a fib when entering...
