Grange over Sands should be on your list. Good public transport routes to Morcambe and Lancaster but quiet and sheltered being tucked away at the top of Morcambe Bay.

You will get a lot of red tape going through estate agents, credit checks, guarantors etc. Once you have established the area, you could try gumtree (Google it) you will find a lot of private...
