JGC standard deals are doing 10hr days, 6 days a week, 16 weeks on camp, 10 days off - package looks reasonable if you want to live on a POW Camp!!

4 days may be a bit too long, but with our 2-3yr old we often enjoyed staying at the Intercon at Al Ain.
Not the most luxurious hotel, but + points: proper kiddies pool (i.e. knee deep on an adult)...
