Finally my IELTS results just came out. Thank God I was able to get a band score of more than 7 on all the bands of the exam, it was a miracle! Now I think I am set to apply for a 176 visa...

I am sorry for the grammar. It should have read as

Both of them were took about two years each. 2001 - 2003 for my diploma and 2005 - 2007 for my masters degree.

I believe you can go for a state sponsored application, if you skills are in their state requirements, if you do not reach the required points for individual applications.
