Even if lmo or LMIA work permit is issued in mail you still have to go to the border ?

Just called cic and they told me it is possible to do a paper application from inside canada but not online . I am so confused hah

Now I am confused . Even is the person is from visa exempt country they would still need a visa along with work permit ? Doesn't work permit let you live in a country without a visa ?

So if I already worked for two years in lower wage occupation i am not eligible to work for a lower paid job anymore ? But I can work in a occupation that is paid over the average wage ?

I worked in the occupation. That paid less than average wage in the province meaning it is low skilled by new rules for two years . By new rules will I be eligible to work in canada on a closed work...

Im a citizen of EU . And there is no visa office in my country . The nearest one is Vienna but I would love to select paris as the processing time is 6 months less

Well we dont have to send in our application right after the wedding . I want to bring at least one of my parents over . Wedding can take place in the next couple of months .
