I was in a similar situation - lots of bills, leases etc were in one name or another. We opened joint accounts and changed the names on bills a few months before applying, and that seemed to help....

Just need to check something here. On the sheet (Appendix C) you take to your medical examination you have to indicate the appropriate processing centre for the DMP to send your results to....
