I live about 90 mile north of San Antonio (I work in Maryland) and hadn't tried any of the pubs in that area, this was the first. There are a few more around but even decent British pubs in the US...

I was not impressed by Hotspot Shield at all, it kept assigning me a country other than UK, I could not figure out how to configure it and free version would not work at all.

I was not impressed by any supermarkets while in Colorado but HEB is the closest to a Brit store (be it still somewhat mediocre) plus they have amazing weekly deals. By the meat and get another 5 - 7...
