You have to be dealing with one of the top 10 to get that service, this is not cheap and also not as transparent as it should be for the money. That's why I am trying to get a US accountant.

My UK companies current accountants are in the UK, there are not that many that specialise with US tax laws and even if there was I think I am better dealing with a U.S. firm.

Hi, it has nothing to do with the visa, they merely do not need a UK citizen to hold a visa to loan for a property purchase.

I bought a house in Menlo Park this year and used HSBC, all reasonable straight forward via their Premier system. Happy to help/tell you how this went if you need help.
