I've read this a few times on this site. For anyone working here they can claim back 20% of the doctor's fees at the end of the year from Revenue.

Ever hear of the British tourists who visited Ireland and stayed in a caravan park? They found it rough and complained to the Tourist Board only to be told they had stayed at a halting site :)

Kildare has a lot of rough towns but Naas is one of the better areas. Newbridge has more to offer though (amenities, shops, trains).
