so.. Mr. Miller, it was the final decision... and about the security clearence is not much known.... maybe the immigration officer decide whether or not to ask CSIC for further clearance......

* yesterday we receive letter asking for passports in 30 days...
* today we sent our passports with an express mail envelope included... :)

A canadian citizen is already a citizen.. so she will not need to immigrate to Canada... that's why she is not on the landing papers
