Sounds plausible, but what if you say "I am paying for the application for australian VISA" ove rthe phone, this gets recorded and later you dispute the fact that you actually paid for some software...

1) recorded call: if in the recorded call you stated that you were paying for the translation software and for help with applying for VISA then youre...

The problem is multipronged so to speak, first of all they lure people by providing incomplete information, this is why they have several different web pages, the least informative one is the one...

I have had 2 more calls from AUSFI/USAFIS, they offered me the following refunds:

I had to say no to these, because all of these are really bad deals.

UPDATE: Just recieved a call from a private number, english speaking, while I was out.

Seems they decided to call. I will wait for another call to see what their story is at this point.

I fell for their scam 10.10.2010. (sunday, at 20:20), they woke me up from sleep and before I knew what had hapenned I was giving them my credit card number over the phone, but I am not making...
