Thank you!! I assume its the picture that is not stamped and dated that gets attached and the stamped and dated one gets sent off loose....

Thanks Linsy, I guess the only proof I have that they got there was that everything (all application forms, medicals, xrays etc...) were all in the same envelope when we sent them off to London, and...
