I spoke to the Advice Line (again) and they transferred me to the Payments Desk. Neither could offer me any solutions other than "borrow a credit card off a family member".

I ask my (teenage) son...

IE didn't work either so I'm going to call them....

By the way, their website is not particularly helpful in giving information about how much all these 0300 222 0000 calls are costing me.

I think it is INSANE that I (Mastercard Gold holder btw :nod:) have to "ask a friend" to lend me a credit card so I can obtain a new passport! 100€ is not a small sum. And, ultimately it means that...

Nope. Mastercard credit card. It is on the list of cards they accept. They do not take Diners online, I believe they used to with the paper forms.
