hi went for l1 visa interview last mth,was told at the moment i do not qualify for the visa,and a letter would be in post, i was given my file and passport back,this was over a mth ago,i have not...

i am just completing my ds-160 form in preparation for booking visa interview,can anyone tell me do i have to do seperate forms for my wife and children it is for L1A visa.

Hi thanks for reply, I have yet to of received my paperwork from usa,can you tell me subject to visa approval at embassy,is the visa valid from interview date or from the petition approval date?...
