How much time SGVO takes after asking for Passport

Here is my application status.
FSWP 2014

Visa Office......: Singapore

NOC...............: 2173 (Software Engg)

Apllication......: 9th Jun 2014

PER ..............: 6th Oct 2014

I have received AOR on 17th november. My PEr receive data was 6th october.

can anyone tell me what is the tentative date of receiving MR ?

Thanks christmasoompa . YEs its FSW. I will keep an eye on CIC site.
But do day really take 28 months or sometimes process faster.

About AOR

My application reached on 9th june.
I got PER on 6th OCT.
My NOC is 2173.
I can access on "Check my application status" and see my name and a line
"We have received your application on june 9"...

My point is 71 my application reached at CIO at june 9 2014

Hello,
According to DHL tracking number My documents reached on 9th June.
My occupation is 2173 software engineer.

Can anyone tell me what is the usual time to receive first letter ?

How much possibility for me to be first 1000 is this criteria ?

I cannot find it in the govt immigration site.
