Residencia has gone, so I guess you meant your daughter's registration as a citizen of the EU. It does say on that form that it is not proof of ID, so no surprise there.

You may be OK but I would add a codicil to your UK Will as it says, last will and testament. It probably does not mention that it only applies to UK

No Spanish Will will mean quite a lot of legal expenses to get the he UK Will accepted in Spain, and even so, Spanish inheritance laws will apply in any case. Thus the person/s who inherit is/are...

Take care. If you made the Spanish Will after the UK one, then unless you modified the UK Will, the Spanish Will is your LAST WILL, in UK as well as Spain.

I believe for an owner who is not resident that 24% is on the gross income. i.e they cannot deduct anything, not even the community fees, electricity etc. Is that correct?

I just voted and incredibly my out-of-date Residencia (2007) was accepted without question as proof of ID.
