Just to thank all the people who gave me advice. I have been granted a visa. Received the letter this morning less than six weeks after submitting my waiver.

I am not so sure about the time limit for I-601. I am sure it is about the 6 weeks mark. My question is what sort of thing would still keep you excludable after 15 years. I do not know how you have...

I was told the decision would be in about 6 weeks. That is about now. Also, they were basically small fines with no question of a custodial or other kind of punishment. My wife's new job in the US...

Thanks for the reply. I have had the Embassy interview and nothing was said re the trips to the US. It is just that you were also asked to state your last trips to the US on the Waiver application...
