Yes my children all have oz citizenship too and ppts well except ex refuse to reissue eldests so missed out on family wedding and not met my brothers twins. It's so painful and I just don't know how...

I was raised in oz from 10 and came back for sick grandparent. I've been fighting for 5 years to get home and raise my family where I see best and my home! My ex says will atop at nothing to destroy...

I have done all I can. Had trial which was hell, draining and god the adrenalin come down after - not the best! Unwell now feeling susceptible to catch the world's germs! So low, still unknown of...

Today we got devastating report from cafcass recommending refusal of leave to remove. It's our final hearing next week and am feeling awfully sick because I've heard that a judge rarely goes...

I dont think this is very helpful to anyone, it will not be up to me wether i recieve LEGAL AID nor is it my choice to have to claim as i have stated plenty of times the situation im in now not...

Sorry no still awaiting cafcass call to meet with them at any time. Yes have a 2 day trial where be in court and cross examined by ex but judge shouldn't let it get out of hand. It is very very...

What a wonderful statement! Up with baby and a little stressed myself so can't settle back down. All I can hear is ex saying I will sell my flat and do whatever I can to ruin your life for the crime...

Hiya I believe it's the 2 day trial and that's it. But sure there will follow an appeal if we win. Hoping December, told first avail after end nov so just assuming. So scary!!!!

I am going thru a ltr case right now. firstly you need to have all research etc of your intentions make application and then a first directions hearing will be where they assign cafcass full report...

wow I read this and tears came to my eyes, we are going through the same!
We have had directions hearing and got full cafcass report to be done, statements then from him then final directions...
