i am talking to my company this morning about 'risk'. its as much about the sequencing of visa stamps etc i am worried about, eg any impact on my wife...

I'd say to look at private schools, or tuition? We're planning the move though I don't intend looking for work for a while. Think safety is a concern in most big cities though like bez says it isn't...

thanks for reply - yes we've researched and have a comprehensive list of things to do for emigrating just doesn't seem to be anything RSA specific - maybe there isn't anything? was hoping for things...
