Try emailing them, sometimes they reply after 3-4 days.
You can also try calling them up.
Its better to send the docs to mumbai through registered post with acknowledgement receipt which is sent...

Hi, i went to Kilmore DMV and Eton Town DMV and both of them said that unless my green card is in my married name, they wont issue the license in my married name.

Try emailing them, i emailed them abt when i had interview ( do include the BMB no) and they replied to me. Also keep calling, sometimes u will manage to get thru.

No the affidavit of support should not be sealed.
Regarding the mistakes, hmm i think it wuld be better if u can ask ur wife to send in the corrected forms, cos its better to play safe...

i arrived at newark on CR1 ( spouse visa) on 6th feb afternoon on terminal B.
The procedure was very smooth, i was taken in an office inside and asked to sign at 2 places and fingerprints...
