You are right, my Form80 was asked in Nov09 but due to some reasons I submitted in Dec09. I could not understand that how it is going to affect those who submitted Form80 in Nov09?

I was asked the same question and simply said that I was dependent on parents without any supporting doc/proof.

Let's see whether they accept it or ask for any proof.

Yes,they asked me exactly same. I have already answered them that during that specific period I was studying and dependent on parents.

My agent was also surprised on this query. :huh:

After one and a half year I got email from CO asking about my financial sources before starting first job. My agent says that it means that my security checks are done and now I should expect...

I applied under 2231-79(Oracle Specialist) which is in SOL Schedule 1.

I don't know in which priority group do I fall. I am confused in this regard. :confused:

I am a June 09 applicant. What I understand is that all the cases applied before July1,2010 will be processed with old rules/policies.

As per my understanding CO shouldn't ask Saudi PCC as you have just arrived. Anyway, the right person is your CO who can answer your queries.

According to this all the applicants before July 2009 should have been finalized by now.
