Thanks for the advice but I wont be hiding anything :), however I would prefer to know in advance as the application is costing 1000pounds.

WOW, thanks Bev I didn't know you could get a copy of your NI records.

Just googled it, NI records seem to be held at HM Revenue and Customs, their number is 0845 302 1479, in case any one needs...
