Thanks for your prompt reply...the information was helpful. So what was your total turnaround time after your application reached the NSW SMP office?.. As you know that on the website they say 3 to 4...

Vetassess Processing Time

Hello,

Any information on what is the time duration for Vetassess to approve a skill assessment?

On the website they say 12-16 weeks. Has anyone received before this time frame?

Any inputs...

Obama to stop deportations

Hello,

I was just reading that a new bill has been passed that would postpone the deportation of illegal immigrants without criminal records and allow them to apply for work permits as it reviews...

Yes I did overstay an I-94, the overstay was for 8 yrs and remained in USA on an expired L1 visa.

Waiver for 10 yr Ban

Hello,

I have an approved I-140, however the letter said that I cannot file for an adjustment of status at this time as the priority date has not come yet.

I got the I-140 approval in January...

I think that all the new applications after July 01, 2010 have to have an IELTS score of 7 in each area and you seem to have 6.5...

Well yes a person has to get permission from the employer who is also the sponsor to work someplace else on a part-time basis...it also states in my contract that I have to take permission before...

Is the notary necessary for degrees and transcripts or have to do notary on the syllabus of subjects also..

I have already notarized my educational documents for the skill assessment of CPA Australia.

Do I have to notarize the syllabus of the subjects...if yes then should it be on all pages or...

I have applied for Skill Assessment to CPA Australia on June 27, 2010 and will be sending the documents within a week, however the CPA has given the time till August 31, 2010 to be included...
