I think i no what you mean my friend was getting the higher rate of mobility and the low care allowance ,but now they have give her the high rate of care...

it was DLA and they sorted it out for my friend ,she cant get the mobility but they have give here the care allowance because she has English state...

She is will be 70 next month and not in good health she is getting asmall pension from England,and also small one from the dutch,as you cant refuse the pension from them,but she did show the dutch...

Yes agree with you but shes worried that she may go to prison and also get her friend into trouble,do you have any idea how they would deal with it ,and thank you for your help

Could i just ask you one more thing bout this form she got ,should she put the date when she came back in april this is realy worrying her sick ,and with not being well isnt helping any

Thank you for your advice, the letter they sent her said they wanted some more information before they could make adecision ,and she had to fill in only three pages one asking was had she already...

Hello ,she lives in Holland and is married to Dutchman ,and i think its about 7yrs at her friends address she got aform asking here to fill it in to see if she was getting the right care allowance....

Hello ,know i dont think she did but she filled aform in saying that she lived with her hubby and stayed at the address and family when in England

Hello im new on here i have question if anyone can help afriend of mine has been getting DLAand Care allowance but was claiming from afriends address in England as she thought it was ok to do so...
