Whats a crb? My visa stated we had to enter the country by 7th feb 2012, after that we can come and go as much for 5 yrs. I think it may be because my police check expired then, thats they only...

the only thing i can think off is that i didnt wait until we got a CO for police checks, I had them done when lodging visa. As soon as Co allocated done our medicals. i really was not expecting it...

I applied for 175 visa (nurse too), also category 4, got it approved in 7 months.

I cant see how it would complicate things, you just add their names on if you still are main applicant. There are forms available on DIAC too do so, how do you think women would have babies change...

I would ask them, I did and saved some money not getting university transcripts and NMC paperwork again.

Hi,
I went for 175 residency visa, took 7 months to go through, I did register as a nurse first (read my timeline i my signature).

For resident visa you need a skills assessment (FULL) with ANMC...

If you need a skills assessment by ANMC for visa points they will insist on an academic IELTS test.

Can I just let u know that to nurse in Oz they will require the academic skills test in IELTS. (the ANMC will request the skills assessment)

Just to throw a total spanner in the works, I am a 175 visa holder, it was granted in 7 months. lodged jan 5/1/11 granted 1/8/11.:blink:

Really not sure why this is, ideally would love a year, so house can get sold.
Done medicals in March after email advised us too, and Police check was lodged with application in Jan.:unsure:

March 18th Email, CO allocated July 11, Asked for 3 years payslips and husband to have police check done, all submitted thurs past (given 28 days to submit) awaiting......
