Anyone heard of / know of any problems with entering the USA with very little time left on an E3? I have one that expires on the 25th of May, and am planning on going home then - but have to go back...

I don't think so - from memory I signed just a standard full time employment contract. I am still covered by that contract I think - as I am covered by the Australian HR policys, leave, get paid...

I got mine delivered to my office. Also if you are going with your wife (or husband) you can get away with just one.

So - this is from my hazy memory from a year ago. But I'm pretty sure that I did not take a copy of my academic transcript just my actual degree.

Also I am pretty sure I didn't take anything in...

Yep came in Wednesday morning, and flew out on the Thursday - all good in the end.

Think i worked out the mystery too - the Embassy told me they processed and sent it out on the 4th of June. But...
