i believe after a certain age there is no requirement to hold medical insurance just need a letter saying you cant be insured due to age and that you will pay all bills yourself?

guys

I read the wiki on flagpoling (http://britishexpats.com/wiki/Trip_around_the_flagpole-Canada) but it only mentions PR and TWP visas, can the same be done for student visas?
