You should be able to save around 700,000 SAR a year based on what you say, seems hardly worth it to me, I think you should hold out for a bit more than that.

KSA is now non compliant for offshore banking - official

I tried to open an offsore bank account with HSBC as a Saudi resident and a UK citizen and was told as from September it is no longer permitted to open an offshore account as a resident of KSA...
