No, it didn't but i'll go anyway. Last time when i was applying for my permanent green card, I went to the appointment after i got the letter and they processed it right away. As long as you go...

I was innocent but the officer charged me, I didn't say anything in court, i was there for about a minute, because there is no evidence whatsoever, the case was nol-pro determined...
