Maybe, im not sure where you would go to get any kind of firm data on that to be honest. For sure there are weaker areas in Dubai without facilities that are much cheaper for 'more' in terms of villa...

Hell no.... I hate spiders, its usually my wife who sorts them out but she was terrified. I just put on some sturdy shoes and hit it with a can of Raid which just made it leap out of the door well...
