We were in Sarasota in April and we viewed a view properties on Lakewood Ranch. Its a lovely area and is very well maintained, but we ruled it out simply because we felt it was very Stepford Wifes! ...

Kirby is the E2 process really as daunting as everyone says??? There is a huge part of us that wants to do this, but the process is putting us off!!! :(

Hi Ray. If they were going to refuse you and surely they would know this before calling you forward, would they not do the decent thing and just put this in writing?? Or are people actually refused...
