how long to process 457 visa

Can anyone help with info, sent away e457 on 16th April, asked for medical 3 days later and also because my husband was charged and fined for breach of the peace we had to fill out form 80, a pcc...

Hello hopefully moving to Brisbane

He was charged and fined £160 for this and now on his police check, i presumed that this is a conviction!

He was convicited as went to court, this has all been disclosed to the immigration department and has come up on his police check. No that hard to answer!!!

457 visa

I am applying for a 457 visa and have a job as a nurse, my husband declared that he was charged with breach of the peace 14 years ago can this go against the decision of granting us a visa.
