Thanks for your reply Steve. This is really helpful. It looks like I'm going to have to find a creative way to help people without calling myself a counsellor. So frustrating.

Not an attorney, a counsellor as in helping people with their problems. It's more to try and understand the remote working aspect.

Apologies I should have clarified. I am a counsellor in the psychotherapy sense of the word, not a lawyer.

He runs a alternative health service from his home, so there are no overheads. It's just him, so no salaries.
I can't remember seeing on the form request for profit and loss etc, just the request...
