i never provided any supporting document (it remained required all the time), and CO never asked it till grant.
so i can safely say its not...

yes that should be good enough, it is the certificate that your tax has been deducted by your company as per law. (since you are not submitting your tax return, which any way is not always compulsory)

i normally use this simple formula for such decisions: honesty is the best policy

what i remember, for MODL you need 3 out of 4 year relevant experience (if i am right) than you will miss these points and if your points are still 120 without MODL than it does not effect.

There is no validity mentioned on the PCC but i believe DIAC consider it for 1 year plus its up to CO discretion.
