you are right , before sending my documents to ACS , i talked with some local agents in Iran and asked about best type of assessment for me , all of them said that "Associate degree" is in Group B...

today and after about 18 week i got my letter from ACS , their opinion about my skills was negative and in assessment result letter they mentioned about the reason that they sent me a negative result...

actually for me was 25 January of 2010 , it takes about 16~20 week for developers like us and don't trust to ACS online status checker because most of Case officers does not update these records ,...

i think NO! your case is similar to my case , i'm a C# specialist and currently my application is in "with assessor" step and i think in new system we are Developer Programmer :)

what is your native language , perhaps you can use 5 point of community language , for example my native language is Farsi and i can use 5 point of community language

actually i don't have any access to new SOL List but i think civil engineering will be in new list it's hard but we should wait about 8 hours for government announcement !
