in holetown or in the paynes bay area are there any good value restaurants where you can eat and get fresh fish,maybe some where where the bajans eat any food back lol would be helpful steve

how long would it take to travel by bus from paynes bay to paradise beach for the new four seasons hotel at say 7am,is it possible to maybe use a push bike or is that a bit to dangerous in rush hour...

all my accomadation will be paid for up to say 1250 usd a month,i was thinking of maybe getting a place maybe at rockley golf club and wondered if that would be practical for getting to work and good...
